A key to being free from depression and heaviness!

FREEDOM! Read below!

Jesus freed me from chronic depression and wanting to end my life when I was in Highschool!

But if I’m being honest, some seasons the depressive mood would come back…

..recently I’ve been stuck in a bit of a heavy rut.

And the Holy Spirit spoke this verse to me.

Philippians 4:4. “Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice.”

Of course I knew that verse, I had it memorized!

But was I letting it live In me? Meditating on its truth!?

When you agree with the scripture in FAITH, there is GRACE to walk out in its command!

God NEVER gives a command contrary to His nature, so GOD is rejoicing over YOU!

Dwell on that, and then command your Soul to rejoice in the Lord!

In prayer, I commanded my spirit man to wake up from its slumber and passivity! And I told my soul “I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD.”

And something shifted in me!

We must FIGHT against this spirit of lethargy and depression that is over everything right now!

God wants to give you LIFE and JOY!
