"Covenant with Many" (Dan. 9:27) → Summer 2023 Rapture?

Will the ratification of acceleration measures for Agenda 2030 at the upcoming SDG Summit be the covenant that kicks off the 70th week? Does this meeting mean that the church will be raptured this summer? Or is this just another rapture-dating scheme that will wind up on the scrap heap?
