Dissolve NATO

NATO does nothing for us but prompt more war, more meddling in the affairs of other nations, and the eventual costs in blood and treasure. Get rid of it. Bring some of our troops home from Europe. We don't have to destroy relationships with current NATO members, but this organization needs to go away. It's purpose ended decades ago.
