Some Healing or Deliverance Takes Time

Not all healing and deliverance is immediate! Sometimes the anointing works in you like medicine (overtime). Sometimes you have been healed in the spiritual realm but it then takes time to manifest in the physical realm to where you can see/feel that you are healed/free. Luke 17:11-14
Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!”
