Judge John Reynolds

Judge Reynolds is a former circuit court judge, and current practicing attorney. He joins me to talk about the Sixth District Appeals Court decision regarding transgender children and treatment. Not only do we discuss how this will impact Kentucky’s SB150, but we also talk about how these cases are argued and what to expect next.
