Bronco Raptor Ultimate Overland Build: Update 2: Bumper, Winch, Lights, etc.!!!

Welcome back to our ultimate Bronco Raptor overland build series! In this exciting update, we'll be showcasing the incredible work we've done since our last installment. Join us as we take a closer look at the impressive modifications we've made to our rig.

First up, we've installed the Addictive Desert Designs Rockfighter bumper, replacing the stock modular bumper. This high-profile upgrade not only enhances the rugged aesthetics but also provides us with a winch mounting option. Speaking of winches, we've mounted the reliable Warn Zeon Platinum 10-s, ensuring we're prepared for any off-road challenges.

To light up the trails, we've strategically placed the Baja Designs LP6 Spotlights and an S8 20" Light Bar on the bumper. Thanks to the wiring harnesses from SPV Specialty Performance Parts, we seamlessly integrated these lights with the factory wiring and switch locations, maintaining a clean and professional setup. We also used the DV8 Offroad Camera Relocation Kit to move our front facing camera, so that we could maintain our 360 degree view and also front camera view for off-roading and not worry about it being blocked.

With our roof rack securely in place, we've maximized its functionality by adding essential gear. Our 23Zero 270-degree Peregrine Awning, skillfully mounted using TrailRax brackets, provides ample shelter from the elements during our off-grid adventures. We've also utilized JCR Off-road mounts to attach our Baja Designs XL-R Racer spotlights and a pair of Baja Designs S2 Sports with yellow lenses for reliable chase lighting.

Taking full advantage of the roof rack's versatility, we've mounted antennas for our WeBoost Cell Signal booster and Midland GMRS radio, ensuring constant connectivity and communication while exploring remote locations. Inside the cabin, we've installed the WeBoost and Midland control units on our DV8 Center Console Molle Panel for easy access and organization. Additionally, we've integrated the SPOD Bantam Switch panel on the dash, enabling us to conveniently control the lighting connected to the SPOD Controller located in the engine bay.
