Remember our physical forms are not merely repetitive sequences. Every posture is a form for your breath. The purpose is not virtuosity although that will happen naturally. The purpose is to use the postures, to activate selected awareness using breath and physical forms. As we do, we activate the body as a vessel of memory and functional imagination. Do not aim for the glory of the pose. Treat the body as a friend. Discover Stillness.
