Diablo 4 Mutterlock Chest of Lameness

Diablo 4: Tier 4 Mutterlock Chest is Super rare (first I've seen in 91 levels) and Super LAME. Absolute crap drops come out of this excellent idea in concept but horribly executed implementation.
