Narcissists like to breadcrumb their supply. They starve you by offering breadcrumbs of goodness followed by gaslighting. Keep doing it to you so it becomes like an addiction. You crave those good moments (breadcrumbs). This is how they trauma bond you to them. They treat you like a toy that they can just play with, use and manipulate.
