Sheriff Grady Judd discusses the arrest of Damien Fletcher of Haines City on Tuesday, July 11th, on a charge of vehicular manslaughter.

The arrest was the result of a PCSO Traffic Homicide investigation that began last month after Fletcher's reckless driving killed his friend.
