LIVE: NATO-Ukraine Council in Vilnius

The NATO-Ukraine Council, at the level of Heads of State and Government, starts in Vilnius on Wednesday, July 12, with opening remarks by Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. Sweden’s representatives are also expected to participate in the event.

According to Ukrainian officials, President Volodymyr Zelensky will not attend if NATO leaders do not show the ‘courage’ to start his country’s accession process.
