M&P 15-22 by Smith & Wesson

If you could have any rifle you wanted and you were 8 years old, what would it be? Probably a Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22, because they're rad.

That is what my son got for Christmas last year (2019) and since then we've put a lot of rounds through it. It is a fun little rifle and cheap to shoot. And unlike a lot of "youth" rifles, it gives young shooters repetitions that are transferable to larger "real" rifles, like the AR-15. :)

And if you want to take it to the next level, shoot suppressed with a good rimfire silencer like the Erector by Q.
