March or Die

All of us know what it is like to be overwhelmed with life. Maybe they are the unforeseen obstacles or overwhelming trials or even the traumas of our past-these things and more can push us to the point that we conclude it would be easier to simply stay where we are and die. But how do we move forward when we find ourselves in these times of life? How do we put one foot in front of the other when it seems like the best we can do is simply hang on?
