Here are what I think are some of the highlights:

11:41 a good view of the public easement - notice the grass is worn out. The property owner maintains the public easement. They do not own it even if they built the entrance to their business right across it. It is still public easement that will not change.
Also, you can also see I am clearly in the street at this point.
