New Regs for NC Gun Trainers Would Wrap Them in Red Tape

The head of the 2A group Grassroots NC is warning that new regulations imposed (potentially in violation of state law) could lead to fewer concealed carry courses and an invasion of privacy for gun owners who do undergo the training.
