Do you feel “lonely at the top”? Or perhaps you know a friend who is “lonely at the top.” An overlooked piece of leadership is relationships, especially that with friends and/or family. Leaders need people in a similar way that people need leaders. If you are a leader, who are your close friends supporting, counseling, and encouraging you in your leadership role?
