First of all, I think just having conversations with your friends and family about this issue—again, like I said, there has been such blackout, and most people, the average American citizen, the average global citizen, has no idea what's happening to Julian Assange. Many people don't know who he is. Many people know, kind of, who he is, but they don't really know what's going on. They're like, 'Oh, it's that WikiLeaks guy, right? I don't know.' And then there are some people who know, and they are completely propagandized against him. [...] Again, just having conversations with your friends and family is a huge thing."

"If you want to protest, I say it all the time, all you need is a sharpie, a poster board and a sidewalk. That's it. It's very simple, it's very easy. It's very cheap, very effective. And that really does help get the word out. Sharing things on social media, I think is great. I think it's just to get the visibility. It also helps to break through the algorithm.
