July 13th, 2003: Banzai Airs on Fox

For me the most interesting parts of Banzai were the awkward celebrity prank sections: There was “Mr Shake Hands” who would interview celebrities and shake their hands and the audience would then bet on how long he could keep going. The original guy was replaced after becoming too recognizable.

And then there was “Lady one Question” who would ask a celebrity one question and shove the mic in their face, stare at them and leave them to talk for as long as possible unprompted.
