What China calls "Neurostrike weapons" is being investigated currently after bombshell claims were released in The Washington Times.
In a report entitled “Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party’s Neurostrike Program” it is said that China has neurological weapons that can be used against government officials and even entire populations of people.
Back in 2016 stories started to go viral out of Havana, Cuba after many diplomats suddenly faced neurological disorders after being hit with a strange frequency.
