BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SEEN YET BELIEVED

While they were gathered in the upper room, every door closed, every window closed, Jesus Christ, all of a sudden, appeared in the midst of them. Why?

Because the disciples were testifying unto him,

“We saw the Master! He is alive! We saw the Master! He is resurrected from the dead!”

Thomas, the doubtful apostle, while everybody was euphoric and excited, he was as lonely as an orphan.

He said to them,

“You know, I dwell in reality. As long as I cannot see His hands and touch them, and His side where I can put my finger in it, I won’t believe you.”

And then, all of a sudden, something is beginning to smoke and something is appearing in front of you. And all of a sudden when the smoke was gone, Jesus Christ was standing right in front of them.

And He told Thomas,

“Come here. Put your fingers and hands on my hands, and on my side, and on my feet.”

This doubting Thomas came and put his hands, finger here, here, that’s when he believed. He’s so physical, you know.

He said,

“Oh, my Lord and my God!”

Jesus Christ said,

“You believed because you have seen Me, you have touched Me. Blessed are those who have not seen me and touched me yet are believing.”

We are more blessed than Thomas.
