Europa Universalis IV - MEIOU and Taxes 3.0 Mod - Portugal 65

Hopping back in good ole EU4 with the MEIOU and Taxes mod. This mod has been one of my favorite for a long time. It adds enormous amounts of detail and simulation to EU4 and changes a lot of systems. We are going to be playing as one of my go-to nations in EU4 as Portugal!
