FTC VS Microsoft: Appeal Heads to the 9th District

The FTC VS Microsoft case continues as the appeal from the FTC has been denied. Now, the appeal case heads to the 9th district court of appeals. They will have final say on the deal. If the FTC is denied one last time, then Microsoft and Activision Blizzard can finally merge.
