Rochester PD takes a robbery suspect into custody on Jefferson Ave.

Appears a foot chase started on West Main near Henion st. Suspect tried to take a bike from someone during the chase but was unsuccessful. Unknown where the robbery took place at this time. 

So far he has been arrested 5 times in less then 4 months. All of his cases are still pending,
