Shoigu's response to the US sending Clustermunition to their proxies in Kiev (bad idea)!

Ukrainian politicians did not realize that when they accepted cluster munitions, they played into the hands of Russia, which has hundreds of times more cluster bombs/missiles than the US will give Ukraine.
And now nothing gonna hold Russians back from using them.
