Doom Zero (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 19: Quantum Processing

Map 19 has some nasty ambushes, two of which involve the enemies sandwiching you by teleporting behind you, as well as two switch puzzles. The final encounter might not be so bad on normal Ultra-Violence, but on UV+ with the fast monsters, it just about butchered me!
