Buffalo Bar Bench Press

Chest workout at @tigerfitness gym last night. The gym that is free for everyone to train at!

Working on controlling the rep the entire way and getting the stretch at the bottom. I’m also going to buy a Buffalo bar for @legacyatcarbon so I can start using that for a safer and better ROM on my bench press. Credit to @drmikeisraetel and @jared_feather for my new interest in extreme ROM.
