VP Harris makes unbelievable statement

Laughing idiot Kamala Harris, said in crystal clear plain English that she wants to reduce population. Was it a “gaffe”, an “oopsie”? I don’t think it was. I think she didn’t mean to say population, but she was definitely meant population! What are your thoughts?
