Prosecutor Deviously Misleads the Jury; Judge Immediately Grants a Mistrial

DUI defense attorney Larry Forman objects to a prosecutor misleading the jury about Kentucky DUI law. Initially, an admonition is requested from the court, after the prosecution admits it made a mistake. However, upon realizing there may be no recovery from the situation, and the jury has already been tainted by the prosecution's words, a mistrial is requested by Mr. Forman and is immediately, and without hesitation, granted by the Court.
