Botfly Larva Removed From Chipmunk

Dr. Kristy Hiltz, a veterinarian, was at her cottage and noticed a chipmunk had a parasite on its side. Her children trapped the chipmunk and she removed the maggot with forceps. After the wound was cleaned, the chipmunk was released and was doing fine.
