Steps:
00:07 Quest is received by reading the message sent by Julian
00:25 Talk to Julian in the Underworld
01:38 Go to the Great Mine to look for Hook
04:17 Go to the clinic and ask Natasha about Fersman's condition
08:01 Hook seems to have something to tell you. Go ask her.
08:23 Go to the Great Mine and meet up with Hook
11:19 Talk to the suspects at the scene (0/4)
- Confront the (chosen suspect) and find the thief (Thief is Cook)
- If incorrect suspect: Investigate the scene where the vein detector went missing
- If incorrect suspect: Find the packages using the information on the label

14:31 Follow Hook and confront the suspect
18:57 Go to Boulder Town and consult Balaway
21:51 Return to the clinic and tell Fersman what happened.
