School is back in session and it's time for all the starving college kids to buy Costco sized palettes of instant ramen..or is it? We've got a cheap AND healthy alternative just for you! Quinoa! Here's what you'll need: 1 Cup of Quinoa 1 Medium Pan 1 3/4 Cup Water/Broth/Milk Put your quinoa and liquid base into the pan, out on a lid, and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil reduce to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the quinoa has absorbed all the liquid.
