Carlee Russell: movements of the suspect's vehicle shown on I-459 Traffic Cam footage

Uploading this second video to show that the suspect's vehicle approaches from behind, after Carlee had stopped near mile marker 11.4. This is from the released traffic cam footage of I-459 starting around 1 min 39 sec. Within about 10 seconds, the suspect's whitish van or truck is seen close to Carlee's, near mile marker 11.6. Seconds later, the vehicle seemingly drives away in the grass next to the highway. Not far up ahead, there is a bridge, so they likely would have had to get back on the highway soon, they couldn't have kept going far in the grass.
