Michigan House Passes Bill That Would Make Using Wrong Pronouns A Felony! WTF?!

Why do I have a feeling that this law is going to misuse by people who want to use it against people they don't like? Also, how that fuck does saying the wrong pronouns get you a fine and jail time?!
