In this episode of Final Fantasy 16, Clive and Jill reach their homeland, finding many things have declined after Clive's mother remarried and dissolved the Duchy of Rosalith! Encountering the widowed wife of the knight who trained him, Clive is gifted a set of his fathers clothing and one of his swords before they depart. However, upon reaching Phoenix Gate, they spot the hooded man again and give chase... only to find out that what lies within the depths of the Phoenix Gate fortress isn't what either may have expected!
