Black currant

This is a ripe blackcurrant. July month. Currants can be frozen in the refrigerator. You can also make jam from currants. Currant is a tasty berry. There are also red and white currants. This currant was planted at the end of May. Watered 2.6 gallons of water a couple of times a month. In total we have 45 currant bushes. It is a miracle that in the first year after planting, the currant gave a harvest. Usually there are more berries on the bush. This is after harvesting a few berries left.
