What happens when someone comes to court and LIES about you, under oath?

Isn't that perjury, and isn't that supposed to be a crime?

What if the liar is a licensed therapist, and the lies are calculated to take your child away from you? What then?

Isn't there a code of ethics that would prevent this?

When someone files a sworn declaration, whether it's therapist or anyone else, aren't they required to appear and testify in court, so that they can be cross-examined?

The "law" says so, but you have no rights and there is no law.
