Live Sound Bath V:The Summer of Love: Letting Go

This is the second in the "Summer of Love" Sound bath series. The theme was of letting go. In the middle there is a somewhat intense release section, that is to say a bit of shadow work to help you to release all of the things that you are holding on to that no longer serve you. I would suggest that in order to get the best benefit from the session to first call in a golden light like the light of the summer sun to envelop you with it's warmth and love and then to set an intention. Your intention is up to you. The overall intention is one of letting go and then within that you can set the intention to heal whatever it is that is holding you back. Imagine yourself in a situation where you are already healed.
