I Failed Miserably in This Quest and Need Your Help

So I downloaded a quest called “Project Valkyrie”but apparently there are some prerequisites that need to be completed in order to further progress the storyline….namely a quest called “A Darkened Room”I can bypass the quest but I want to progress through it normally….I seem to be stuck in Goodneighbor,in the Third Rail area,where I have to speak to an npc,in order to get the location of Emogene….the npc’s lines aren’t triggering for some reason and there’s this wierd glitch where a robot thingy is always on attack mode,causing the other npcs to constantly fire at it….let me know if you have any suggestions….enjoy the video and as always,consider liking and subbing if you genuinely enjoy my content🙂
