Leo argues there's no case here, the EPM and statute are being misinterpreted, and the AZ Supreme Court told Lake exactly what to challenge in the remand: the sigs MUST match the rolls. Rey Valenzuela testified later that they compared the sigs against others in the voters' file, the 3 most recent IIRC, and NOT against the voter's signature on the rolls from the time of registration. So the SC threw them a line, but Lake's team didn't take it.

Leo says the program on the memory cards installed during the secret test passed SoS L&A (according to Donofrio), as did the gear, and county L&A cert doesn't cover programs. Nowhere in the EPM does it say to L&A test it again if the seals are broken or cards swapped, Leo claims, but if that's true, why would the EPM require seals? Did this really pass the SoS L&A, did she really even do one, maybe that's something that could (have been) challenged. They claim she tested 5 tabulators on Oct 11. Idk if that's really true or if there were earlier tests and they deleted the logs?? You can't believe anything from Maricopa County if it's not sourced and tamper-proof.

Paragraph 151 did Maricopa apply their policy in accordance with the EPM? Olsen argues in 153 that they EPM breaks the law (Arizona Revised Statutes)(laches). But the EPM says sigs on file can be consulted to aid the required sig, not IN PLACE of it. Valenzuela says they consulted the sigs on file in place of the registration so this would've/should've been an easy win.
