9 weeks out! Dropped 6 pounds in 1 week from fasting!

Welcome to week 9! I have lost a lot of weight since the last check in, and it's all due to fasting! From just 1 72 hour fast I was able to drop over 6 pounds. About 3 of that I can be certain was from fat. I'll be doing another 72 hour fast this week and should start having some very noticeable results in the coming weeks ahead! With my Natural Mens Physique show being less than two months away it is time to really start getting serious!
