Coffee Pudding

I love making things from scratch whenever I can! And Pudding is a great one when you have lots of milk and eggs to use! But I didn't want to do something ordinary this time! I've done the vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch.... but then it hit me... COFFEE! I have made coffee ice cream before, but had done it in a totally different process, I used Whole Beans. It hit me... why not just make fresh coffee with milk instead of water! And I have the press, so it would be super easy cleanup! And it was! If you are a coffee lover, I sure hope you give this a try. And if coffee isn't your thing... try another flavor!
