iamgine that in your head or ear 24 77 or similar noise 24 7 withour killing someone or your self

that's how loud I hear this shit. imagine that 24/7 365. IN your ear or head without killing yourself or someone. For months now I've to listen to this shit.
but beyond the static I hear baby talk crap. with hearing aids too and can't hear TV without straining the piss out of my mind to hear past this shit.
