30 sec - jump rope regular bounce
30 sec - bird dog
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip
30 sec - leg raises
30 sec - jump rope lazy side step
30 sec - glute bridge
30 sec - jump rope double tap
30 sec - single leg lifts
30 sec - jump rope run in place
30 sec - single leg rotations

rest 10 seconds after each exercise
Rest 1 minute after each circuit
Modifier exercise - jump rope regular bounce
