Parsley

This is how parsley grows. It is a popular spice. Parsley can be frozen or dried. We do both. Parsley can not be watered. Enough rain. Parsley is planted at the end of March or in April. Parsley grows all summer. However, if there is no abundant watering, most of the leaves turn yellow by mid-summer.
