To become a true Leader, we need to be equipped .It's important to make sure that when , we want to trust an assignment to someone, equip the individual for the task. We never sent someone to a mission expecting the person to fail. Therefore, we make sure that the person will be well trained and equipped for the task. We do that because his success will be our success. God Himself is showing us how He equipped Moses, before sending him on the mission, to free His people from slavery in Egypt..So let us learn from the Master Himself.
