Biblical prophecy will only harmonize when taken literally wherein at all possible. The ten horns are nations ruled by ten kings. The ten kings will happen prior to the Antichrist being revealed.

The body of Jesus christ who are alive at the Rapture takes place are who is the restrainer. The Holy Spirit is promised to reside with man forever by Jesus Christ.
