SoulCast - Step Into Your Joy

Welcome back to SoulCast. After recounting the many scary topics that we are facing in the world right now, we are being asked to step into our joy this week. Enjoy the things that delight you, fall into the wonderment of nature, go out and have some fun. And as Joseph Campbell said “Follow your bliss”

Retreat into your sacred space and go within and ask yourself what is my bliss, my joy? What delights me? What brings me the most happiness? What adventures sound exciting? Focusing on these things will lift your spirits, mood, attitude, and outlook. It will also raise your vibration and increase your capacity for manifestation.

Make sure the things that make you happy are also the right things to do. When we do the right thing, that too raises your vibration and brings you joy, and increases your self-confidence and self-worth.
Express your love and appreciation to those you care about. Send them a random text that tells them how wonderful you think they are and how blessed you are for having them in your life. Do fun little random acts of kindness this week and feel the joy.
