Rep. McClain discusses her NDAA amendment to defund gain-of-function research

Representative Lisa McClain (R-MI) explains why the Viral Gain of Function Research Moratorium Act she proposed to the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act is needed to cut off funding to federal research institutions conducting gain-of-function research, such as the EcoHealth Alliance and effectively the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
