Who Killed Biggie & Tupac?

Within months of each other, both Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls were murdered in suspiciously similar circumstances. To this day, their murders remain unsolved. Were they merely victims of a gang war? Or were they targets of a more sinister plot for power and wealth?
