The article included a bar chart that showed Lucky Charms cereal with a higher "healthfulness"score than ground beef.

IMO, the most healthy part of a grocery store is against the walls. And thats "iffy".

NonGMO/ Oraganic if you can find it and always read the ingrediants. If you cant pronounce a word or spell it. Look it up‼️

Nitrate, Nitrite, MSG, Sodium Benzoate,FD@C artificial colours, just to name a few☣️⚠️⛔️
